Copyright in documents processed by the platform remains with the uploader.
Consumer dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any complaint directly — contact support@a11yfy.com. Consumers in the EU may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution body available in their country of residence. The body competent for the service provider's registered seat is the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekeltet.bkik.hu).
