Data handling, concretely
- EU-based document processing. The conversion pipeline runs in EU data centres.
- Encryption in transit. All uploads and downloads travel over TLS.
- Automatic deletion, not a support ticket. Uploaded source files are deleted after 7 days; remediated outputs after 30 days. The countdown is shown next to every document in the app.
- Data minimization by design. We keep what's needed to deliver your result and your report — nothing more.
Access and accounts
- Team workspaces with role-based membership and invitations that expire.
- Two-factor authentication available on all accounts.
- Scoped API keys for automation — jobs started with a key draw on the same shared credit balance as the web app.
Honest boundaries
We describe what we actually do rather than papering the page with compliance badges.
