Most accessibility vendors won't publish prices because their cost depends on manual labor. Ours is software, so we can: pages × credits, shown before every job.
What is a credit?
A credit is our unit of work: €0.30 or less, depending on volume.

You never guess which applies: the free analysis tells you, with the exact total, before you confirm.
What do 300 credits get me?
- 300 pages of technical repair — for example a year's worth of 25-page monthly reports, or
- 100 pages of full reconstruction — for example one 100-page scanned annual report, or
- a realistic mix: three 30-page born-digital policy documents (90 credits) plus one 70-page scanned brochure (210 credits).

Pricing FAQ
Why do some documents cost 3× more?
Because they genuinely need 3× the work: a scanned PDF has no text or structure to repair, so we rebuild it — OCR, layout recognition, a new tagged document. Born-digital files with intact content only pay for structural repair. We always quote the cheaper path the document allows. In both cases the result looks exactly like the file you uploaded.
Do you charge for pages that are already fine?
Analysis is always free, and a document that needs no changes at all costs 0 credits. Within a single document, the quoted treatment applies to every page — we don't currently price page by page inside a document. The quote always shows the exact total before you confirm.
What happens if the output fails validation?
Every output is checked with veraPDF before delivery. If a document's output doesn't pass the machine-checkable PDF/UA-1 requirements, you are not charged: the reserved credits are released automatically — and you still get the best-effort output and its report.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits don't expire — use them next week or next year. Monthly subscription allowances follow the subscription cycle; the credits you buy as packs stay yours.
What about enterprise volumes?
Above 50,000 credits a month, talk to us for custom rates and terms. Everything below that never requires a call.
